Satisfaction is our greatest priority and we are convinced that our exquisite silverware items will meet or surpass your expectations.  However, if  for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied you may return or exchange your item.  You will only have to pay return shipping.

Please be  assured that we will always honor our guarantee of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. We will promptly process your exchange  or refund and credit your card for the purchase amount.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason,  please contact us within 5 days of receipt and then return the jewelry or home decor within 5 business days and we will exchange or refund your money for the purchase price.  A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was  received.  The jewelry or home decor must be returned in its original condition,  unworn and unaltered in any way. You will only have to pay the return shipping.

Online payments are securely facilitated by Pay Pal.   Please make sure you use the correct address associated with your credit  card or we will have to cancel the transaction as a cautionary action to protect you and your credit card usage.  We will make every attempt to contact your prior to canceling the order should this occur.

Sales tax will be added automatically if the products are shipped to an address within the State of Alabama.   

Your order will ship out within 7 to 10 business days or you will be contacted if there is a problem shipping the order within this time frame.   We will ship your order via USPS mail with a delivery  confirmation number unless otherwise instructed.  Please make sure to  complete your correct Ship to address to ensure delivery.  We are not  responsible for orders delivered to wrong address should you list your address incorrectly.  If USPS tracking shows item has been delivered, but you have not received your item, please contact your postal service.  We are not responsible for shipping after it leaves our possession.

We ship all orders from Monday through Friday 9 to 4 Central Time.  Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.  If  Monday is a Holiday the order will be shipped within the next 72 hours  of normal business hours.  You will be notified via email of other  extenuating circumstances that may delay your shipment leaving our office.   Approximate delivery time for all domestic orders is about 5 to 7 business days, depending on the USPS.
